Members may call 251-694-4100 anytime to request information and/or a check from their shares. If you do not reach a teller, leave a message stating your account number, transaction request and contact phone number, should we need additional information to process your request. If the call is after hours, we will process your request on the next business day. Loan applications will be processed in close coordination with the member. In order to balance and closeout the day’s work, we stop writing checks at 1:30pm. Checks must be picked up before 2:30pm.
